Key Responsibilities:
Develop bold, on-brand culinary concepts
Create menus reflecting global trends & sustainability
Lead R&D kitchen, tastings & product development
Standardise recipes, methods & plating across outlets
Collaborate with chefs to ensure consistency & cost control
Implement food safety & quality systems
Mentor chefs & run internal trainings
Drive brand expansion & concept rollouts
Align food strategy with marketing & ops
Manage costing, procurement & vendor planning
Champion zero-waste & plant-forward innovation
What You Bring:
Michelin-level skills & global culinary expertise
Passion for innovation, fermentation, foraging & tech
Proven leadership in multi-outlet or regional teams
Strong menu engineering & kitchen economics
Excellent communicator & team builder
Degree/diploma or equivalent experience
10+ yrs in kitchens, 5+ in leadership
International exposure = big plus
