Job Description
A client, in the research space, is looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join their team. As a CTO you will have overall responsibility of the company's technology and digital transformation strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a degree
- 12 to 15 years industry experience
- Proven track record of being in a CTO or similar role
- Must come from the property, retail, consumer insights or spatial location industry - not negotiable
- Market focus: Africa
- Take digital ownership of the business
- Develop and improve technical aspects
- Drive innovation
- Manage budgets, KPIs and targets
- Monetization of proprietary data assets
- New product development
- Manage a team of technical experts
- Strong data management experience
