Hire Resolve, a specialist Recruitment firm, is seeking a Crushing Section Engineer to join the Mining Industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. The Crushing Section Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the overall crushing process and ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively.
As a Crushing Section Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the crushing process, including the operation and maintenance of crushing equipment. You will also be responsible for supervising the production team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the crushing process, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of crushing equipment
• Supervise the production team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement appropriate corrective actions as necessary
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce downtime
• Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational plans

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the mining industry, with a focus on crushing processes
• Strong understanding of crushing equipment and related technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to effectively manage a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of safety regulations and experience in ensuring compliance
