As a CRM Assistant, you'll be part of a collaborative CRM function that manages everything from customer acquisition to retention and reactivation. Your role will involve supporting email campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and making sure everything runs smoothly from planning to broadcast.
You'll have the opportunity to get hands on experience with email marketing, customer segmentation, and campaign planning, all while working with cutting edge tools and a passionate team. What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the planning and delivery of email campaigns across customer lifecycle stages
Gathering requirements from stakeholders and trade marketing teams
Writing creative briefs and coordinating feedback and approvals
Building emails using drag and drop templates in Emarsys
Scheduling email builds and supplying assets to the development team
Testing links and scheduling emails for broadcast
Reporting on campaign performance (open rates, click rates, revenue, etc.)
Creating reporting packs for manufacturer inclusions
Working with the CRM Manager to understand customer behaviour and segment value
What We're Looking For:
You're highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
You've got great attention to detail and a knack for spotting what's missing
You're confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
You're self-motivated and eager to learn
You've got entry-level experience or knowledge of CRM and email marketing
You're curious about customer behaviour and how data drives decisions
Flexible and able to work UK hours
