Job Description
We're looking for a detail-driven B2B Order Processing Specialist to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team supporting a major UK retail brand.
In this onsite role, you'll be the key link between our UK business clients and internal teams--ensuring every order is placed accurately, delivered on time, and aligned with client expectations. You'll manage diverse client profiles, navigate portals, resolve stock issues, and coordinate across departments to deliver a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately placing and managing B2B orders Handling client-specific requirements and timelines Coordinating with supply chain and internal teams Managing stock issues, substitutions, and spec changes Navigating client portals and dashboards Maintaining trading ranges and pricing structures Using Excel and Outlook for reporting and communication
What You'll Bring:
2+ years in B2B order processing - retail/ ecommerce Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Experience with client portals and internal systems Ability to work UK hours
