If you're someone who's curious about how online stores operate and keen to get hands on experience in the digital space, then we're looking for an E-Commerce Assistant! You'll join a fast-paced team, where you'll play a key role in keeping the website fresh, functional, and customer friendly.

In this role, you'll be involved in a wide range of tasks from updating product listings and supporting promotional campaigns, to helping maintain website content and tracking performance data. You'll work closely with different teams across the business in the UK, gaining exposure to the full eCommerce journey and learning how digital retail works from the inside out.

What You'll Be Doing:

Keeping product listings accurate, up to date, and visually appealing Supporting website updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns Assisting with content updates and ensuring everything works as it should Collaborating with different teams to deliver a smooth online experience Gathering and organising data to support decisions and performance tracking Staying on top of tasks and helping the team meet deadlines Learning new tools and systems to support your work Keeping an eye on competitor activity and sharing insights
What We're Looking For:

You've got experience in retail, ecommerce, or admin roles Your detail-oriented and keen to learn You're comfortable using tools like Excel and open to learning new systems You're a team player who enjoys sharing ideas and working with others You're organised, reliable, and good at managing your time You're curious, proactive, and interested in building a career in eCommerce Your tech savy, an interest in online shopping, digital trends, or how websites work is a bonus
