We are looking for a

Creditors Clerk

with book keeping skills, to join our dynamic admin team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing creditor accounts, processing invoices, and supporting the accounts function. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient financial operations and assisting with accounts-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time Manage accounts payable and ensure compliance with company policies Cashbooks & Receipting Maintain and update account records, ensuring all information is accurate and current. Prepare and submit monthly reports on creditor balances and outstanding payments Maintain organized

financial filing systems

(digital and/or physical) Ability to assist and manage the month end process. Monitor supplier agreements and manage negotiations as needed Assist with reviews related to creditors and procurement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Creditors Clerk

, with at least 4 years in a similar role Must Have Proficiency with accounting software (Pastel) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously HIGH Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers. A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively. Deadline and data driven.
