Location: Isando, Gauteng
Salary: R12,000 - R14,000 basic per month

About the Company:
Our client, a well-established company based in Isando, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Creditors Clerk to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on Syspro and should be located in or around the Isando area.
Key Responsibilities:
Note: Large Book Value (Over R 30 million) and Number accounts (120 and above) experience required.
Accurately process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments.
Reconcile creditor statements and resolve any discrepancies timeously.
Maintain supplier accounts and ensure up-to-date records.
Prepare and process EFT payments.
Handle supplier queries and build positive relationships.
Assist with month-end closing and reporting as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
A Financial Diploma or equivalent qualification (advantageous).
Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in a Creditors Clerk role.
Experience using Syspro (essential).
Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer literacy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must reside in or around the Isando area.
Remuneration & Benefits:
Basic Salary: R12,000 - R14,000 (depending on experience)
