Eduvos is looking to employ the services of an Credit Control Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be able to work from any of our 12 national campuses. Purpose of the Role: To reduce Eduvos debt through the management of the national credit control team and other stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

• Undergraduate qualification in finance or commercial law
• At least five yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a debt collection management role

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accountable for the performance of the debt collection function in Eduvos
• Debt strategy rollout and implementation xe2x80x93 planning, scheduling, monitoring, control, corrective action
• Reporting - regarding all aspects related to the debt collection function
• Collaborate effectively with all finance departments, as well as functional departments and external service providers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for resolution of queries
• Feedback to stakeholders on outcome
• Resourcing and capacity management xe2x80x93 ensure sufficient debt collection capacity to deliver the required outcomes - people, facilities, and equipme
• Operational efficiency of credit control function xe2x80x93 relates to processes, governance, systems, standards, and methodologies
• Talent acquisition, selection, onboarding
