Creating, presenting and implementing creative solutions and/or proposals that align with the business objectives (on air and digitally) both internally and externally and ensure that revenue budgets set by the business are achieved.
Researching and keeping abreast with all advertising trends, both within traditional and the digital landscape.
Personnel Management
Meeting regularly with relevant Account Executives to promote the cross-media product offering (ideas driven by market leading data insight) and will deliver innovative and cross platform content campaigns and solutions.
Advising, coaching and managing Account Executives and clients on all potential creative advertising options available.
Managing Sales Co-Ordinator's and Creative Solutions Implementers within the team to provide optimal administrative support to the Account Executives.
Traffic Management
Managing the Traffic Department and ensuring that all campaigns and bookings are accurately completed.
Ensuring all traffic processes are at exacting standards.
Ensuring all sales reporting and reports are designed and available on the traffic system.
Campaign Management
Providing analytics and post campaign analysis on all creative solution campaigns as per client demands.
Aligning programming and all other departments to ensure products and campaigns promised to clients are delivered at the required standard.
Administration
Overseeing all administrative functions, which will include, but not limited to, providing all requested reports, including monthly/quarterly board reports
Stakeholder Management
Building, supporting and maintaining interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.
Effective and efficient management of teams.
Developng and maintaining relationships with key suppliers, clients and third-party platforms e.g. Client Direct, Agency Clients, App Developers, Facebook, Twitter etc.

National Senior Certificate - Essential
Bachelors Degree - Project management / Media Studies / Communications - Essential
Experience
Radio Sales & Advertising - 8 years - Essential
Creative Solutions for Radio - 6 years - Essential
Digital Content Creation for radio - Recommended
Drivers Licenses
Code B; Motor vehicle license - Essential
Technology Proficiency
