to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our Creative Department. A significant part of this role involves hands-on creation of creative assets for emails, website content, paid and organic social media, and other marketing initiatives. This role also requires overseeing the production workflow, managing a team of designers and creators, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Asset Development
Create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
Project Management
Oversee the full creative production process from ideation to execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, content, design) and external consultants.
Manage and guide designers and content creators.
Feedback & Revisions
Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
Iterate on assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.
Collaboration & Communication
Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external marketing partners.
Facilitate clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Brand Consistency
Ensure creative outputs align with brand identity and business objectives across all marketing channels.
Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency within the creative team.
Streamline workflows and collaboration with external partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative or digital production management role.
Proven track record managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with project management tools, including ClickUp.
Skilled in Canva for visual content creation.
Experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms for email marketing.
Passion for history and education is highly desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign performance and optimizing strategies.
Ability to produce and edit photos and videos; familiarity with photo/video editing tools.
Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Strong copywriting skills for social media posts, emails, blogs, and articles.
Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Adaptable and quick learner.
