The Creative Lead serves as the brand custodian and creative authority for all Eduvos visual and conceptual outputs. The role ensures brand integrity, creative excellence, and innovation across all marketing channels and the entire organisation. It guides the conceptual direction of campaigns, maintains brand standards, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, engaging creative work. This role connects brand strategy with execution, ensuring that all creative assets reinforce Eduvos's values, positioning, and market ambitions.
Minimum Requirements
Honours degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, Creative Communications, or related field
Master's degree advantageous
6 years in senior creative roles (agency or in-house)
Extensive experience producing multi-channel creative work
Portfolio demonstrating high-quality brand and campaign creative
Higher education or youth-focused market experience advantageous
Duties and Responsibilities
Accountability areas
Evolve and maintain Eduvos brand identity, visual language, and creative direction
Define and communicate creative standards, guidelines, and best practices
Translate briefs and marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts
Ensure consistency of design, tone, and brand representation
Operational outputs
Conceptualise, plan, and develop creative ideas for multi-channel campaigns
Produce high-level design outputs, storyboards, and creative direction documents
Approve and QA creative work before submission to the Studio Manager. Update and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and creative toolkits
onduct creative reviews, ideation sessions, and brainstorming workshops
Research trends, competitor creative, and new design technologies
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with the Studio Manager to prioritise creative workloads
Collaborate with Campaign, Digital, Content, and Student Experience teams
Provide creative direction to external agencies and freelancers
Quality and brand integrity
Serve as brand guardian for visual identity, tone, and creative direction
Approve visual assets, social content, multimedia outputs, and printed materials
Continuously improve creative assets based on performance metrics
Reporting and insights
Provide insights on creative performance, brand consistency, and emerging trends
Support the Studio Manager with creative reporting and recommendations
Stakeholder management
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Digital, Sales, Communications, Student Experience, Academics) to clarify briefs, campaign objectives, and creative expectations
Provide strategic creative guidance and feedback to internal stakeholders, agencies, and production partners to ensure brand-aligned outputs
Communicate progress, risks, and creative rationale clearly to the Studio Manager and project stakeholders
