As part of this growth, we are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Creative Lead to take full ownership of our creative output and digital performance.
About the Role
This role is designed for a senior, execution-focused marketer who enjoys being deeply involved in the work itself.
You will be responsible for end-to-end digital marketing and creative delivery, owning everything from concept and design through to performance tracking and reporting. There is no existing marketing team -- this role is ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and is comfortable being the primary driver of both creative production and digital performance.
You will work closely with senior leadership, reporting insights directly to the CEO, and shaping how our brand shows up across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Content Ownership
Take full ownership of all creative and digital content across the business.
Design and produce visual assets for:
Social media
Newsletters and email campaigns
Thought leadership and digital publications
Paid media, landing pages, and website updates
Use Adobe Creative Suite daily, with InDesign as a core requirement.
Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all channels.
Translate ideas, insights, and data into compelling visual and written content.
Digital Marketing & Performance
Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing activity across SEO, PPC, paid search, and retargeting.
Manage website performance, CRO initiatives, and user journeys.
Run A/B testing and performance experiments.
Use AI-powered tools (e.g. ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, Jasper) to support content creation, optimisation, and campaign planning.
Manage CRM workflows, lead generation, and email automation.
Analytics, Reporting & Insight
Track and analyse performance using GA4 and related analytics platforms.
Produce clear, concise performance reports and insights for senior leadership.
Connect creative outputs to measurable outcomes and commercial impact.
Continuously refine campaigns and content based on data-led insights.
Stakeholder & Supplier Collaboration
Work closely with UK stakeholders and internal leadership.
Manage external suppliers or freelancers where specialist support is required.
Ensure all outputs meet creative, brand, and performance expectations.
What We're Looking For
5-8+ years' experience in a hands-on digital marketing and creative role.
A strong balance of creative and analytical capability.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with InDesign essential.
Proven experience executing campaigns independently across digital channels.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and optimisation.
Comfortable working autonomously and owning priorities from start to finish.
Clear communicator with strong organisational skills.
Experience in property, real estate, or premium brands is advantageous.
A portfolio showcasing creative and digital work is .
Someone comfortable with UK Hours and being onsite full time*.
