Minimum Requirements:

• Extensive experience in art direction and graphic design
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a creative agency
• A strong portfolio showcasing concepts, photo manipulation, graphics, and compelling layouts
• Proficiency in design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus

• Excellent communication skills
• Methodical approach with a knack for meeting deadlines
• A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail

• Collaborative team player

• Lead the creation and management of design and visual styles for websites, ad campaigns, photoshoots, and commercial film productions.
• Analyse creative briefs and determine project requirements
• Grasp marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
• Collaborate closely with copywriters to generate innovative ideas and concepts
• Visualize designs based on project requirements
• Define the visual direction for campaigns and photoshoots
• Create sketches, storyboards, and rough drafts to conceptualise ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos, and designs using various tools
• Apply appropriate colours and layouts to each graphic
• Work seamlessly with the creative team across different media
• Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to finalise artwork
• Test graphics across diverse media platforms
• Take projects from concept to final execution, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Revise designs based on feedback.
• Ensure that final graphics and layouts align with the brand's visual identity.
• Manage and delegate tasks to other designers, providing guidance
• Mentor junior design team members
• Present completed ideas to team members and project stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain best design practices
