Key Performance Outputs
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Achieving sales targets / building relationships with key customers. Managing / balancing stock / cash within the store. Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction levels, willing to go the extra mile. Understanding of the company's products and services (Training to be Provided). Assisting clients at Counter level. Achieve monthly sales targets. Follow up on sales leads.
Technical Skills and Experience
Experience in Sales / Counter Sales will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Air Conditioners / Refrigeration / Heat pumps will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Pastel or equivalent Point of Sales system experience. Must have a valid South African ID.
Must reside in and around the Boksburg or East Rand area.
Working Hours:
Mon. - Thur. 07:30 - 17:00, Fri. 07:30 - 16:00 and Sat. 08:00 - 12:00Salary:
R8 000 PM + Comm.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to R8000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
