Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with product knowledge and advice.
Process sales transactions accurately using the
Omni Point of Sales system
.
Handle invoices, receipts, and daily cash-up procedures.
Assist account customers with queries, including how to read and understand their statements.
Manage quotations, orders, and ensure follow-ups are done on time.
Ensure stock availability and coordinate with despatch where needed.
Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
Support sales growth by meeting and exceeding counter sales expectations.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong customer service skills with a positive, approachable attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage busy counter periods.
Quick thinker with problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of invoicing, receipts, and account customer processes.
Experience in daily cash-up procedures and balancing.
Ability to read and explain customer statements clearly.
Computer literacy with prior
Omni POS
experience (advantageous).
Good communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
Previous experience in counter sales, invoicing, or customer service.
Familiarity with Omni POS or similar sales systems preferred.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy with cash handling.
