We are looking for a full-time remote Sales Manager for Corporate Housing Partnerships to work for SharedEasy Coliving

SharedEasy is based in New York company, which provides full-service Coliving services to anyone looking to move to a new city and meet new people. Coliving is a shared housing model. Our Residents share kitchens, living rooms, and other common spaces with all members, and have a private or shared bedroom of their choice. Everything is included in the flat fee: utilities, wifi, furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies, and anything else needed upon moving into a new place.

We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated business-oriented people, who will become the next generation of employees, who are turning the real estate market in the USA and around the world into a customer-focused industry.
We work with companies, schools, programs, and organizations that regularly bring people to New York and need reliable, fast housing solutions.

This role is not inbound sales.
This role is not account management.

pure demand creation + closing

We are hiring one high-ownership Sales Operator who can both create demand (hunt) and close deals.

You will:

Identify and reach out to companies that bring people to NYC Start conversations from zero Qualify real housing demand Convert that demand into signed contracts
You own the full cycle.

If you need inbound leads, brand awareness, or warm introductions to perform - this is not the role for you.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Hunter (Outbound)
Proactively identify and contact:

Companies relocating employees Internship & training programs Universities, bootcamps, staffing firms Agencies bringing talent to NYC
Cold email
LinkedIn
Cold calls where appropriate
Build your own pipeline from scratch

2. Closer (Full Cycle)

Run discovery calls with decision-makers (HR, Ops, Program Managers) Understand housing volume, timelines, budgets Present SharedEasy as a housing solution Negotiate terms and close agreements Coordinate handoff internally once deals are signed

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

After ramp-up (30-45 days):

15-20 qualified corporate conversations per week 3-5 active opportunities at any time At least 2 closed corporate deals per month Clear, consistent follow-up and deal progression

Requirements:

Proven B2B outbound sales experience Closed deals you personally sourced Experience selling services (not products) Comfort speaking with senior stakeholders Ability to operate without constant supervision

Terms of employment:

2-month fully paid probationary period. Work hours - 40 hours per week, according to the weekly schedule from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm EST A total of 2 paid vacation weeks is provided per year: one week for every 6 months of work.

Compensation:

$1000/month guaranteed + Commission structure with no real cap
