This revered privately-owned investment banking firm is looking to add a Junior Corporate Finance Analyst to their high-performing team.
Job & Company Description:
The firm is one of the foremost independent Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Investments and Debt Advisory teams in South Africa. The individual will be required to conduct initial deal screening and analysis, financial modelling and valuations, due diligence, drafting of term sheets, etc.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Chartered Accountant
- CFA / FMVA qualification beneficial
- Audit experience in the financial services space
- 1-2 Yearsxe2x80x99 experience in any corporate finance, investment banking or private equity space
- Exceptional report writing and presentation skills
- Strong academics, background in team sport and leadership experience
