Our client is looking to add a high-performing corporate finance analyst to their astute team.Job & Company Description:Our clientxe2x80x99s international investments range from property to private equity and other direct investments across several countries. Their advisory team works throughout Africa, sourcing growth capital from global investors for their clients. The team has an extensive breadth of experience in financial analysis, valuations, M&A, capital raising and transaction advisory and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transaction analysis, advisory and business support, including financial modelling, valuations, Financial due diligence etc.Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Chartered Accountant or other related financial or technical qualification
- 1-2 Years+ experience in corporate finance or private equity
- Experience in valuations, financial modelling and financial due diligence
- Exceptional report writing and presentation skills
- Strong academics
