Job Description
Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort: CLAIMS CONSULTANT (INSURANCE)
Minimum Requirements:
-Young, presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual (preferably aged 20’s – 30’s)
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English a must (First and second languages – Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Formal University Degree a must (preferably financial/accounting)
-Strong Mathematical skills
-Eager and willing to start a career in the Insurance Industry (Training provided)
-Strong communication skills important, both verbally and written
-Focussed, energetic and intelligent
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
-Computer literate
-Stable employment record and contactable reference
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full insurance claims administration and claims management functions
-Liaison with clients/brokers
-Quotations and changes to insurance policies
-Clients’ needs analysis
-Renewal of annual policies per renewal dates
-Provide professional service to clients
Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 25 000.00 gross (depending on relevant experience)
