Centurion, Pretoria: PROPERTY CENTRE MANAGER
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and well presentable Afrikaans speaking individual (female preferred), aged approximately 30-45 years
-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Recent proven work experience in Commercial Property Management a must (Centre Management experience advantageous)
-Experienced in handling all aspects of Commercial leasing, including negotiations, renewals and leases
-Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
-Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
-Strong administrative skills
-Collaborative team player with hands-on approach
-Excellent communications-, organisational- and problem solving skills
-Residing within daily commuting distance from Centurion (Die Hoewes)
-Stable employment record and contactable employment references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full property centre management duties for Property Management company
-Manage and oversee day-to-day centre operations
-Build and maintain strong tenant and customer relationships
-Handle all aspects of commercial leasing, including negotiations, renewals and leases
-Focus on tenant placements and fill vacant spaces
-Ensure full compliance and effective risk management
-Drive centre’s growth, income and profitability
-Travel to Lynnwood once per week to attend mandatory weekly meetings
Salary: R 20 000.00 gross (Higher salary negotiable if experienced in managing more than one centre)
