5 years experience as a copy writer, which includes, but not limited to:

• Copywriting
• Proofreading
• Editing
• Administration
• English first language
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite / Google Suite
• Excellent writing skills
• SEM Rush
• Grammarly
• Copyscape
• Readable
• Google Drive

Key Performance Areas Weights and Objectives:

• Copywriting
• Update and maintain Communications Guide.
• Conduct keyword research.
• Update and maintain drip campaign content.
• Create copy for ad campaigns and marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with the design team timeously to create artwork.
• Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts Social Media Campaigns Develop social media strategy together with the Communications Lead.
• Coordinate social media calendar in line with the social media strategy.
• Write content for posts across all platforms.
• Coordinate with the Design team to ensure content for the campaign is ready on time.
• Respond to comments within 24hrs across all social media channels.
• Increase followers and engagement. Public Relations - identify journalists and publications for Lexie Hearing.
• Develop and maintain a database of journalists and PR agencies.
• Occasionally draft press releases.
• QMS
• Ensure that QMS guidelines are adhered to.
• Ensure that all supporting documents are kept to date.
• Ensure that all processes are kept relevant.
