Job Summary Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: National Diploma or equivalent in Business Admin / Legal / Paralegal / Credit / Finance 3+ years working experience of which at least 2 years in credit / loans / finance / collections / real estate and within a development finance institution, private sector or legal practice environment The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Credit control management monitor repayments, prepare monthly arrears reports, issue default notices, prepare / submit credit control intervention statistics, provide overdue account updates Debt account recons, monthly debtors payment history, improve debtor relations, follow up on overdue payment and implement collections, negotiate new instalment arrangements Initiate legal handover process Liaise with municipalities on rates, raise payment requisitions, obtain statement and bill back all utilities to tenants Attend to tenant queries and arrange / attend / contribute to meetings Salary: R369 579 per annum (this is a 6-month contract) Please email detailed CV and supporting documentation and salary requirements through to
