To prepare all staff meals ensuring minimal waste / impact on the environment.

Academic Qualifications and Work Experience



Grade 10 Required Literacy required Previous experience as a cook

High degree of trustworthiness Committed to minimising the impact on the environment Displays a sense of urgency and dedication to meeting the guest needs Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Presents impeccable grooming and dress and ensures good hygiene Ability to work in a team Pay great attention to detail Have a willingness to learn Ability to establish relationships with people from different backgrounds
