Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancing Attorney with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and practice, the ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and managing property transfer documents, mortgage bonds, and related agreements.

Advising clients on property transactions, due diligence, and compliance matters.

Liaising with banks, estate agents, the Deeds Office, and other stakeholders.

Managing the full conveyancing process from instruction to registration.

Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

Admitted Attorney with at least 3 years' PQE in conveyancing.

Solid knowledge of property law, the Deeds Registries Act, and conveyancing procedures.

Strong drafting, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

Proficiency with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
