Control Room Operator
Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and alert Control Room Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security incidents, alarms and CCTV footage.
Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms and incidents
Operate control room equipments.
Coordinate with security teams and emergency services to respond to incidents.
Maintain accurate records and logs of incidents and activities.
Conduct regular checks on equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
Provide excellent customer services to clients
Requirements:
Matric certificate
CCTV certificate & PSIRA
Previous experience as a control room operator
Good communication skills and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with the security software.
Need to be able to concentrate for long periods of time.

Pay: R5000,00 - R6000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Riverside, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Control Room Operator: 1 year (Required)
