Job Description
TSU Protection Services is looking for an experienced,
CCTV Control Room Operator
to work at the premises of client in Koedoespoort, Pretoria, Gauteng.This is a critical function in assisting our team on the ground to ensure that our clients' premises are safe and secure. These may include business premises, private residences and farms. You will be the "eyes" that sees all and sends out the alert on any suspicious activity.
You will be monitoring:
CCTV Radio Telephone calls Panic alarms Vehicle tracking
What will make your application successful
Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role (CCTV & Control Room experience) Fully computer literate Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Works well under pressure Excellent observation skills Critical thinking ability Ability to prioritize Attention to detail Ability to deal well with conflict Data gathering and analysis Report writing Strong administration skills Strong work ethic Can-do attitude Reliable Punctual Work well within a team environment
Other requirements:
PSIRA - Grade B
Grade 12 (matric) or equivalent
Must be able to work shifts (you will work 12 hour shifts)
Residing in or near Koedoespoort will be an advantage
CCTV and Control Room training will be an advantage.
