Job Description
Job Title: Control Room and Vehicle Tracking Administrator
This position involves shift work and the successful candidate will be required to work night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Tracking: Monitor the real-time locations and movements of rental vehicles using tracking software and GPS systems (Car Track).
- Driver Communication: Maintain regular communication with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support as needed.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of rental vehicles by promptly responding to incidents, accidents, theft, or other emergencies. Coordinate with law enforcement and other relevant authorities when necessary.
- Emergency Response: Respond to breakdowns, accidents, and other emergencies by dispatching assistance and support services.
- Report Generation: Generate regular reports on vehicle movements, incidents, and related data to assist in decision-making and improve fleet operations.
- Previous experience in fleet management, vehicle tracking, or control room operations (Preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and vehicle management software.
- Excell and Computer skills required.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to address customer inquiries and issues effectively.
