Job Summary Job Title: Control Room and Vehicle Tracking Administrator This position involves shift work and the successful candidate will be required to work night shift. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Tracking: Monitor the real-time locations and movements of rental vehicles using tracking software and GPS systems (Car Track). Driver Communication: Maintain regular communication with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support as needed. Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of rental vehicles by promptly responding to incidents, accidents, theft, or other emergencies. Coordinate with law enforcement and other relevant authorities when necessary. Emergency Response: Respond to breakdowns, accidents, and other emergencies by dispatching assistance and support services. Report Generation: Generate regular reports on vehicle movements, incidents, and related data to assist in decision-making and improve fleet operations. Qualifications: Previous experience in fleet management, vehicle tracking, or control room operations (Preferred) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and vehicle management software. Excell and Computer skills required. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations. Customer service-oriented with the ability to address customer inquiries and issues effectively.
