Job Summary Requirements: xe2x80xa2 Matric xe2x80xa2 BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering xe2x80xa2 NEC3 Contract xe2x80xa2 FIDIC xe2x80xa2 CCS CANDY xe2x80xa2 Bidding xe2x80xa2 Minimum of 12+ years' experience in the civil engineering and construction industry xe2x80xa2 Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a contracts manager managing variety of projects xe2x80xa2 Must be registered as a Professional Construction Manager with the SACPCMP or a Professional Civil Engineering Technician/Technologist/Engineer with ECSA. xe2x80xa2 Must have knowledge of contract management of three or more complex projects running at the same time. xe2x80xa2 Ability to use Construction Costing Software (xe2x80x9cCandyxe2x80x9d). xe2x80xa2 Extensive experience in safety regulations. xe2x80xa2 Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
