Job Description

We're seeking an experienced

Content Services Manager

with a strong background in leading large-scale content migrations and managing content manager teams. This is a remote position, based in South Africa where you will collaborate with global teams.


In this position, you'll be responsible for leading content migrations or content management services for our clients -- planning, managing and delivering the content management activities while overseeing the performance of the content managers and service. You'll act as the central point of contact between clients, internal stakeholders and project teams, ensuring high-quality output, clear communication and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities



Lead and manage content manager teams, ensuring effective workload distribution, performance monitoring and clear communication of goals Drive the planning and execution of content migrations -- including onboarding, defining processes, KPIs and reporting structures within a content migration framework Act as the escalation point for both internal teams and clients Oversee end-to-end service governance, from forecasting and resourcing through to delivery and optimisation Provide regular performance insights through service reviews, reporting and analysis Champion continuous improvement, identifying and implementing smarter, more efficient ways of working Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to align on expectations, priorities and timelines

Requirements



4+ years' experience in content management, ideally supporting multi-brand or multinational clients Proven success managing complex content migrations, especially moving content across platforms (e.g., Sitecore to AEM, WordPress to Contentful) Deep understanding of content migration frameworks, tools and contributor roles Solid background in team management, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop remote and cross-functional teams Skilled in creating scalable process documentation, trackers and performance reports Confident juggling multiple workstreams and delivering to deadlines in dynamic environments Strong client-facing experience and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset Comfortable using Excel (formulas, pivots), PowerPoint (workshops, presentations) and Word (structured templates and documents)
