A-Player Content & Copywriting Specialist

, a strong writer and editor who can produce high-quality content across multiple channels while also supporting social media and creating simple, on-brand visuals.

Able to proofread and edit all content before publication. Bonus: able to create simple, clean graphics for social posts and basic marketing assets.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, English, or similar. 3+ years experience in a content or copywriting role (mid to senior preferred). Strong editing and proofreading experience; managing or guiding writers is advantageous. Experience writing for financial, technical, or B2B audiences (preferred but not required). Experience with Google Analytics and SEO copywriting. Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing. Experience creating social content (especially for LinkedIn). Ability to design simple graphics in Canva or Adobe Express. Familiarity with WordPress, LinkedIn Publishing, and Google Workspace. Bonus: HubSpot.

What the Role Entails



To succeed in this role, you must enjoy the core tasks of both content creation and marketing execution.

Content Writing & Editing



Write and edit blogs, newsletters, web pages, guides, campaigns, and long-form content. Proofread and refine all content for tone, accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency. Turn complex accounting, tax, ERP, and business advisory topics into accessible content. Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.

Social Media & Visual Content



Write high-performing LinkedIn posts and repurpose content for social channels. Create simple, polished visuals for social media, newsletters, and marketing materials. Support monthly content calendars and thematic campaigns.

Content Strategy Support



Play a key role in shaping and executing our content strategy across all channels. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, SEO goals, and marketing priorities.

Marketing Operations



Implement and maintain content plans and workflows. Assist with marketing initiatives when needed. Analyze content performance and adjust strategy based on insights. Collaborate with the marketing team, designer, and leadership to source and finalize content.
