- Matric and relevant qualification
- Minimum 10 years experience with steelwork contracting company
- Engineering design background with good understanding of how structural systems work
- Liaise with Consulting Engineers, Project Managers, Architects and Main contractors
- Good people management skills
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of Health and Safety
- Understanding of costing
