Minimum Requirements:
At least
3 years' experience
in conference, events, or function coordination
Strong administration skills
, including scheduling, document management, reporting, and client communication
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
Professional communication and client-service skills
Willingness to travel
when functions are hosted in the Kruger National Park
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of conferences and functions
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
Manage bookings, event documentation, budgets, and timelines
Oversee set-ups, on-site support, and breakdowns on sit when needed
Ensure high-quality service and maintain professional standards at all times
