Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional concierge services.
Assist with itinerary planning, activity bookings, and spa reservations.
Arrange transport services and respond to special guest requests.
Deliver detailed lodge information and ensure guests are well-informed about available activities.
Liaise with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Uphold the highest levels of hospitality and service standards.
3-5 years' experience in a concierge, guest relations, or front office role within a 4- or 5-star lodge or hotel.
Strong understanding of lodge operations and guest expectations in a safari environment.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
Professional, approachable, and able to work under pressure.
