A luxury wilderness reserve and wellness retreat is seeking a guest-focused, detail-oriented Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with strong leadership presence and a flair for hospitality. The ideal candidate will support the F&B Manager in the daily running of the department, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and memorable guest experiences.

This is a live-in position based in a remote location, and ideally suited to someone passionate about nature, wellness, and refined service standards.

Minimum 4 years' experience in a 5-star establishment, with at least 2 years in an F&B supervisory/management role

Proficient in MS Office

Experience with Point of Sale systems (Micros preferred)

Stock control and stock management experience (FnBShop an advantage)

Opera exposure advantageous

Strong command of English (written & verbal)

Solid understanding of food & beverage terminology and restaurant financials
