Key Responsibilities
Handle accommodation and spa reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
Coordinate guest itineraries, activities, and special requests to ensure a seamless experience.
Provide concierge services, including transport bookings, recommendations, and guest assistance.
Process payments and confirmations while maintaining accurate booking and revenue records.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards at all times.
5-8 years' experience within a 4- or 5-star lodge or hotel environment (essential).
Nebula reservation system experience (highly beneficial).
Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Russian (advantageous).
Proven understanding of the lodge environment and luxury hospitality standards.
Strong computer literacy and experience with booking systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Passion for tourism, hospitality, and conservation.
