The Compliance Team Leader is responsible for establishing, documenting, implementing and maintaining the food safety management system according to the FSSC 22000 criteria. The Compliance Team Leader will also have the responsibility to establish a documented system aligned with SEDEX and SMETA and all other customer requirements . The Compliance Team Leader must delegate and keep others accountable for the executing of the relevant requirements within each of the departments . This means liaising directly with the department heads like (QC Manager, Packhouse Manager, Logistics Manager, HR Manager, Procurement Manager) and Top Management.
The position will report to the Compliance Manager.
