Every day you will:
You'll be at the heart of collaboration - working closely with Sales Managers and Candidate Care teams to meet client needs while driving efficiency and compliance across the business. From preparing for audits and maintaining quality standards to mentoring new starters, your influence will be felt across the organisation. You'll resolve challenges quickly, manage a pipeline of candidates, and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
Bring energy, organisation, and a passion for people. You'll have strong interpersonal skills, proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment, and the ability to resolve queries with confidence. Leadership qualities are essential-you'll motivate and mentor your team while managing multiple priorities with ease. Experience in healthcare or exposure to the NHS/Public sector is a bonus, but your drive to deliver results is what will set you apart.
