Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the efficient functioning of the Compliance Function
Ensure compliance with laws, industry, and regulatory requirements
Promote prevention of legal and regulatory risk (TCF)
Maintain efficient operations in Compliance
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Compliance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor compliance risk, policies, and procedures
Maintain standardized monitoring procedures
Complete monitoring reports
Provide compliance assistance, guidance, and advice
Training and Awareness:
Create awareness of legal requirements (TCF)
Inform employees about relevant compliance matters
Develop a healthy compliance culture
Requirements:
- Legal Degree/LLB Degree
- Admitted Attorney (advantageous)
- Compliance Certificate (advantageous)
- 2-3 years' experience in Risk Management and Compliance
- 2-3 years' experience in the Insurance Industry
- Must be willing to travel to Limpopo and Mpumalanga
