Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Compliance Manager to lead and manage compliance across our operations at Astron. This role ensures adherence to legal, contractual, and ISO standards while driving continuous improvement in safety, environmental, and quality management systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct internal and external audits for ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001). Oversee contractor compliance and permit management for high-risk work. Ensure compliance with OHS Act and environmental regulations. Maintain emergency preparedness and lead incident investigations. Drive training and awareness programs for staff and subcontractors. Monitor Service Level Agreements and ensure documentation is updated on TseboNet.

Skills and Competencies

Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and lead compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

Grade 12 and relevant diploma/degree in EHS, Compliance, or ISO. 5-10 years' experience in Facilities, Property, or Project Management with leadership exposure. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audits, and legal compliance. * Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
