Audit & Compliance Manager

, you'll oversee financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage audits across clients in a fully remote role with international exposure.

Key Responsibilities

:


Handle year-end accounting for international clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to accounting standards. Manage year-end and tax compliance for limited companies and LLPs, collaborating with internal teams and external advisors for smooth filings. Prepare, review, and finalise financial statements, including UK year-end formats, meeting regulatory and client requirements. Support compliance processes, enhance efficiency through technology-driven accounting solutions, and optimise workflows. Assist with internal projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and light advisory tasks. Coordinate deliverables across multiple clients, applying strong project management to meet deadlines and maintain quality. Serve as a client contact for accounting and compliance issues, building professional relationships and offering practical guidance.

Requirements

:

Qualified CA (SA)

Proven experience in audit or assurance preferred. 3-5 years of post-articles experience in audit, accounting, or compliance roles. Familiarity with UK accounting standards, GAAP, or other international frameworks is a plus. Experience with limited companies and LLPs. Comfortable using cloud-based accounting tools and technology-driven solutions. Strong project management skills, able to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, with professionalism and confidence in client-facing interactions

Salary and Benefits:

* R600 000 - R960 000 CTC / year
