About the team
As part of Ninety One's global Alternative Credit expansion, we are actively growing our European Secured Lending business. Our team targets asset-backed credit investments in the private mid-market space across Europe, focusing on differentiated and high-conviction opportunities.


We are seeking an Investment Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of relevant European investment or credit experience to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team. You will play a key role in identifying, underwriting, structuring, executing and managing private credit investments. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing platform in a collaborative, high-performing environment.


Fluency in German and restructuring or workout experience are highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, intellectually curious and adaptable.
In this role you will:

+ Screen and assess investment opportunities
+ Prepare financial models, conduct due diligence and perform in-depth investment analysis
+ Manage transaction advisors and processes
+ Prepare and present investment proposals
+ Structure, execute and manage private credit investments
+ Contribute to business development, marketing and recruitment efforts
You should consider applying if you have:

+ 4+ years of relevant European investment or credit experience
+ Strong investment analysis and financial modelling skills
+ Proven transaction management and structuring experience
+ Restructuring or workout experience (advantageous)
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ideally, fluency in German
+ Strong academic credentials
+ A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
