Job Summary
A well-established accounting and advisory firm is seeking a B-BBEE Compliance Analyst to support clients with B-BBEE strategy, verification readiness, and compliance. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional with strong legislative knowledge and a background in compliance or consulting.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined, self-motivated and confident individual with knowledge of the B-BBEE and the legislations. Attention to detail, decision making and time management is an integral part of a Consulting role.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients to achieve set goals
• Documenting and analysing the required information and data
• Successfully engage with multiple clients simultaneously
• Manage project processes to reach project targets and meet client expectations
• Network with clients to build relationships and sustain them
• Communicate with Delivery team and management to deliver the best solutions to clients
• Monitor market trends to develop and improve existing products and services
• Stay updated current and new legislations and updates within the industry
• Marketing and sourcing of new clientele

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong business writing skills
• Knowledge of computer operations and programs (Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel)
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Effective problem solving skills
• Capable of building strong client relationships
• Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
• High level of project management skills
• The ability to source new clients - marketing
• A basic knowledge of B-BBEE will be advantageous
• Must have either a Degree or diploma in the following fields: Finance / Mathematics / Statistics / Law
