Job Description


  • Design compensation packages that align with the companyxe2x80x99s strategic plan
  • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation
  • Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data)
  • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
  • Renew compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs
  • Track prevailing pay rates and ensure the company offers competitive compensation plans
  • Draft job descriptions, job analyses and classifications
  • Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the company
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
  • Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
  • Ensure the successful execution of the monthly payroll, system maintenance, updates & enhancement
  • Ensure the successful execution of any benefits and employee data management topics
  • Ensure the accurate uploading of gross payroll data of working times models & transaction data
  • Ensure the accurate uploading of overtime, sales commissions, incentives, WTA, absence
  • Ensure streamlined processes and procedures enabling efficient and accurate payroll administration
  • Identify automation opportunities
  • Coordinate Expat management with Payroll service providers
  • Coordinate and build strong working relations with various external stakeholders
  • Drive a strong EVP (Employee Value Proposition) for the company
  • Manage 3rd party service providers, steer, and coordinate all HR services related aspects
  • Ensure optimum performance, efficiency & effectiveness of the HR Shared Services team is achieved
  • Ensure that payroll administration complies with all statutory, legal and 3rd party requirements
  • Manage & administer all fund administration with the monitoring & management of all fund operations
  • Support all HR Management with efficient administration processes, recruitment and automation
  • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
  • Establish, manage & negotiate service level agreements with HR Management & service providers
Qualifications:
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field
  • Certified Sage 300 People Implementation Specialist( Advantageous)
Skills:
  • Flexible, active and forward thinking Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Analytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them
  • Advanced EXCEL is a pre requisite
  • Able to create confidence and to manage a cooperative partnership
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various levels
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
  • Profound knowledge of Labour Relations
  • Experience with employee satisfaction surveys
  • Energetic and change / improvement focused
  • Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills
Experience:
  • Experience in the same/similar role - 5 years
  • Experience in managing HR Shared Services team - 5 years
