Compensation & Benefits Manager
What this position is about:
As Compensation & Benefits Manager you will be responsible for the overall Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes of both local and international assignees in line with local and global JTI policies, procedures, and processes. You will work on budgeting and forecasting as well as reporting for all payroll-related elements in line with JTI global deadlines. Responsibilities include designing, overseeing, implementing and managing of salaries, bonuses and benefits packages for employees of JTI South Africa. Monitor salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and help ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and the P&C vision. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising the outsourced payroll function for organization.
