This exciting position is within our Company Secretarial Department. Your main responsibility will be to prepare company secretarial documentation for clients such as trusts/companies/ CC's and to present it to our clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for duties such as: updating and maintaining statutory records, lodge CIPC documents and STT, etc.

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 o Company secretarial course would be advantageous o Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel) o Be proactive o Excellent planning and organising skills o Quality and detail orientation o Greatsoft experience would be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities
* Prepare company secretarial documentation (trusts / companies / CC's) and present to clients o Prepare letters to Registrar, SARS and the Master's Office o Updating and maintaining statutory records o Lodge CIPC documents o Lodge STT/Transfer duty payable to SARS o Collate documents for registrations, de-registrations and formations (PTY's, CC's and Trusts) o Assist with beneficial ownership reporting
