Job Description

A community liaison serves as the vital link between a hospitality operation and the surrounding communities, ensuring development projects are collaborative, respectful, and sustainable. The role involves building strong relationships with local leaders and residents, identifying community needs, and coordinating initiatives such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure support.
Candidate requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Social work, Sociology, Community Development or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Local community ties preferable.
  • Working knowledge of B-BBEE advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication is essential.
