Job Summary
Create and schedule brand-aligned content for our member app, social media, and internal communications
Capture real-time moments at member events (behind-the-scenes footage, leadership messages, community stories)
Manage end-to-end app content: CMS uploads, tagging, troubleshooting, and legacy content repurposing
Develop content calendars and coordinate approvals with cross-functional teams
Film/edit short videos (product explainers, event highlights, testimonials) using Canva/CapCut/Adobe tools
Support internal communications: town halls, leadership updates, and engagement campaigns
Maintain studio equipment and produce in-house content when external crews are unavailable
Analyze engagement metrics to recommend content improvements
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Diploma/Degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, PR, or equivalent practical experience
1-3 years in content creation, community management, or communications roles
Technical proficiency: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Rush, or similar editing tools; CMS platforms
Storytelling mastery: Ability to capture authentic narratives and translate them into engaging visual/text content
Organizational excellence: Proven skill in managing multiple projects, calendars, and stakeholder deadlines
Brand guardian mindset: Keen eye for visual aesthetics and unwavering commitment to tone/voice consistency
Travel readiness: Occasional domestic travel for events
