This position is pivotal in ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling communication that aligns with CDRs objectives, strengthens stakeholder relationships.Job ResponsibilitiesStrategic Communication Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with organisational goals and values.Identify key messages and target audiences, tailoring communication strategies for maximum impact.Brand Messaging and Positioning:Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all communication channels.Collaborate with marketing teams to reinforce Nedbankxe2x80x99s brand identity in all communication materials.Internal Communication:Coordinate disseminating key information, updates, and announcements to all staff levels.Work closely with leadership to manage and mitigate communication challenges.Job Responsibilities ContinueContent Creation:Produce high-quality written and visual content for various platforms, like SMS, Emailers, Call Scripts.Ensure content reflects the brand voice and resonates with target audiences.Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.Gather feedback and insights to inform communication strategies.Metrics and Analysis:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives.Analyse data to refine strategies and continuously improve communication outcomes.Essential Qualifications - NQF LevelDiplomaAdvanced Diplomas/National 1st DegreesPreferred QualificationRelevant Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum Experience LevelMore than 5 years working experience and relevant industry experience.Type of exposureConducting root cause analysisDeveloping ways to minimise risksDrafting reportsManaging conflictBrainstorming ways of improving a product or situationComparing two or more sets of informationCommunicating standards to othersWriting business proposalsChallenging the status quo with a view to improving the environment or internal stakeholders understandingManaging multiple projectsIdentifying trendsCommunicating complex informationProviding strategic advice related to your area of speciality.Work ExperienceProven experience in communication strategy development, corporate communication, public relations, or a similar role.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management and organisational abilities.Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms.Crisis management and issues resolution experience.A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with debt management processes and client-centric initiatives.Technical / Professional KnowledgeCommunication StrategiesGovernance, Risk and ControlsWriting, editing, proofreading, layout and design skillsKnowledge of the printing/publishing, broadcast, digital & social media industry practices & principAbility to apply Integrated Marketing Communications by optimally applying the relevant communicatioAbility to apply creative acumen to written and visual conceptsExperience in developing and implementing media/ advocacy and/or communication campaignsAbility to engage in a relevant and credible manner with internal and external stakeholders at varioKnowledge and understanding of business and marketing strategies and applying this to communicationsCompany/Division/Cluster/Business Unit specific business knowledgeBehavioural CompetenciesAdaptabilityBuilding PartnershipsCommunicationDecision MakingQuality Orientation-Please contact the Nedbank Recruiting Team at +27 860 555 566
